2. Orders & Payments

• All orders must be placed through our official ordering channels (website, approved order forms, email, phone, or text as specified).
• Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.
• We accept payment methods listed on our website at checkout.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.

Deposits & Balances

• Custom orders may require a non‑refundable deposit.
• Remaining balances must be paid by the deadline communicated at booking (typically 7–14 days prior to the event).
• Failure to pay balances by the due date may result in order cancellation without refund.

3. Custom Orders

• Custom orders require completion of our official Kustom Order Form.
• Design inspiration photos are used as references only; exact replicas cannot be guaranteed.
• Artistic interpretation, color variations, and styling may vary slightly due to handcrafted nature.
• Changes to custom orders must be submitted by the stated modification deadline.

4. Cancellations, Refunds & Credits

• All sales are final. No refunds are issued once production has begun.
• Deposits are non‑refundable under all circumstances.
• In rare cases where we are unable to fulfill an order due to unforeseen circumstances, a store credit may be issued at our discretion.
• Credits are non‑transferable and must be used within the timeframe specified.

5. Pick‑Up, Delivery & Shipping

Pick‑Up

• Customers are responsible for timely pick‑up during the scheduled window.
• Once products leave our possession, we are not responsible for damage caused by handling, transportation, or environmental conditions.

Delivery

• Delivery fees apply and are non‑refundable.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

Shipping

• Shipped items are packed with care; however, we are not responsible for delays or damages caused by carriers.
• Shipping dates are estimates, not guarantees.

6. Allergies & Food Safety

• Our kitchen may process milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and other allergens.
• We do not operate an allergen‑free facility.
• Customers are responsible for informing guests of potential allergens.
• By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

7. Storage & Consumption

• Many products require refrigeration.
• We are not responsible for quality issues resulting from improper storage or delayed consumption.
• Best‑by and care instructions are provided and should be followed carefully.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Photography & Marketing

• We reserve the right to photograph completed orders for marketing and promotional purposes.
